Question by Jane Doe: What cruise line (ie. Carnival, Royal) would you recommend for african american couples in their mid 20s?
A group of friends and I are wanting to take a cruise. We are looking to do this as a couples event. We want to choose a cruise line that is diverse and caters to everyone of all backgrounds. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good cruise line that we would have a good time on? We are all in our mid 20s and enjoy going out and having a good time. Thanks!

Royal Caribbean is an excellent cruise line. They have lots of activities and cater to all ages. I’ve cruised with them multiple times and the service and food is always excellent. I’ve cruised with carnival too but they aren’t as good as royal caribbean.

Book as early as possible. I would suggest the Valor ship. I did that cruise and it was great.
Use a good travel agent or try to get a group going. Those two things can help drop your price.

I wanted to plan a vacation for my son and I. I thought he was a little to old for Disney and Nick cruises. I am not trying to go broke on this trip but want to have a nice time. I am on a budget right now as I am raising him alone. Has anyone ever took their child on this cruise line? If so, how was your experience?

Check craigslist or find a travel agent. They don’t cost you anything, they get commission from the place they send you. It’s worth checking out, just ask for a quote. Give them when you want to go and how many people. Sometimes people can’t use their tickets and sell them on craigslist.
